De meeste apps geven je een vertrektijd. Mijn Rit laat zien wáár je tram, metro of bus nu rijdt, zodat je weet wat je moet doen.
Most apps give you a departure time. Mijn Rit shows where your tram, metro or bus is right now, so you know what to do.

Vertrektijden bij de halte naast je, met hoeveel haltes hij nog weg is. Mijn Rit vergelijkt dat met je looptijd en zegt het je meteen.
Departures at the stop next to you, and how many stops away each one is. Mijn Rit compares that with your walking time and tells you straight away.

Nee. Mijn Rit is een onafhankelijke app en is niet verbonden aan GVB. De app gebruikt open, openbare OV-gegevens.

Wanneer komt de app uit?When is it coming out?

Voorlopig alleen iPhone.

Waarom staat er soms “geschat”?Why does it sometimes say “estimated”?
Onder de grond, zoals in de metro, sturen voertuigen geen gps-positie. Dan berekent Mijn Rit de positie uit de dienstregeling, tot er weer een live positie binnenkomt.
Underground, like in the metro, vehicles don't send a GPS position. Mijn Rit then works out the position from the timetable until a live position comes in again.

Je locatie wordt alleen op je telefoon gebruikt: om haltes in de buurt te tonen en je voertuig te vinden. Hij wordt nergens naartoe gestuurd. Meer in het privacybeleid.
Your location is only used on your phone: to show nearby stops and find your vehicle. It isn't sent anywhere. More in the privacy policy.
